• When contacting us: name, email address and the content of your message.

• Processing your booking and all related communication (confirmation, payment instructions, key information, etc.).
• Answering your questions.
• Complying with legal obligations, such as paying tourist tax to the municipality of Ommen and maintaining tax records.

4. How long do we keep your data?

We keep booking data for seven years due to the statutory tax retention obligation. Contact messages are kept for a maximum of two years after the last contact.

5. Who do we share your data with?

• With the municipality of Ommen, only anonymised numbers for tourist tax.
• With our hosting provider, for the technical storage of website data.
• We never share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict processing or to object to processing. You also have the right to data portability.
