After booking you’ll immediately receive a confirmation email with a payment request. The full stay amount must be paid within 7 days by bank transfer or via the payment link in the email.

• 30–60 days before arrival: 50% is charged
• Less than 30 days before arrival: no refund

Check-in is between 16:00 and 22:00. Check-out between 07:00 and 11:00.

A maximum of 3 cars in front of the bungalow.

A maximum of 6 people, across 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with its own en-suite bathroom, bedroom 2 a double bed and bedroom 3 two single beds. The minimum age of the main booker is 27.

Bed linen is mandatory at €30 per stay. The beds are made up for you on arrival and towels are provided.

The barrel sauna in the garden is ready to use throughout your stay and is private — only for guests of the bungalow. Right next to the sauna is a cool outdoor shower. Use is included in the rental price; there is no surcharge.

Yes, the living room has a large wood-burning fireplace and the covered canopy has its own wood stove. You’ll find instructions for safe lighting in the house.

Yes — outside there’s a luxurious Weber Genesis gas barbecue and inside a 50-inch 4K TV with NLZIET and Amazon Prime Video.

Unfortunately not; pets are not allowed at the holiday park.

Smoking is not allowed indoors. Outside it is — please mind the distance to the forest due to fire risk.

No, charging an electric car via the bungalow’s power supply is not allowed. There are no public charging points at the holiday park.

No. The bungalow is for families and couples seeking peace and quiet. Groups of friends, parties, events and youth gatherings are not allowed. Quiet hours apply from 23:00 and the minimum age of the main booker is 27.

The swimming lake is just 200 metres’ walk away. It has a sandy beach, a fenced-off swimming area for children and clear spring water.
