1. Booking & confirmation

A booking is final once you have made a reservation via our website or a booking platform and received a confirmation email. The confirmation email contains an overview of the booked period, the total amount and the payment instructions.

2. Payment

After receiving your confirmation email, the full stay amount must be paid within 7 days by bank transfer or via the payment link in the confirmation email. In case of late payment, Natuurhuisje Vechtdal reserves the right to cancel the booking.

3. Cancellation by the guest

Cancellation is only possible in writing by email. The following cancellation charges apply:

• Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: full refund
• Cancellation 30–60 days before arrival: 50% of the stay amount is charged
• Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: no refund

We recommend taking out travel insurance with cancellation cover.

4. Arrival & departure

• Check-in: 16:00 – 22:00
• Check-out: 07:00 – 11:00
• Check-in is always contactless
• Parking: a maximum of 3 cars in front of the door

5. House rules

• Families and couples only — no groups of friends
• Minimum age of main booker: 27 years
• Maximum 6 people
• Not suitable for parties or youth gatherings
• Smoking is not allowed inside the house
• No electric-car charging via the bungalow’s power supply
• No pets allowed

6. Liability

Natuurhuisje Vechtdal is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during the stay. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or contents caused during their stay. Damage will be settled after departure.
